General Directions to Douglas Lake Resort from VA

Take I-81 South to I-40 West towards Knoxville, Tennessee. Follow I-40 West to exit #407 (Hwy. 66 South) Sevierville/Dollywood/Pigeon Forge. Take exit #407 and turn left at the light onto Hwy 66 South and follow for approximately 9 miles to Sevierville. In Sevierville, turn left on to SR 448. Follow to Hwy N 411 and make a left.

At approximately 2 miles you will see Sevier County High School on the left. Continue straight on Hwy. 411 until you come to the New Center Market/ Triple C Dance Barn. At this point, you will need to turn left onto Hattie Branch Road and follow it along approximately 1.5 miles to the stop sign. Go straight at the stop sign (you will now be on Flat Creek Road). Continue on straight until you come to Windfall Estates Drive and turn left. Our office is immediately on your right and says “Mountain Top Resort” on the sign out front.

Directions from Airport to Douglas Lake Resort

Start out going south on AIRPORT HWY/US-129 S/ALCOA HWY. Continue to follow US-129 S/ALCOA HWY.
Merge onto the left- toward US-411 N/MARYVILLE/US-321 N/TOWNSEND/SMOKY MTS.
Turn LEFT onto SR448 which leads to N 411
Turn Left onto US-411 N. / Main St. and follow for 7.2 miles.
Turn LEFT on to HATTIE BRANCH RD.
HATTIE BRANCH RD becomes FLAT CREEK RD at stop sign.
Go straight thru stop sign on to FLAT CREEK RD and follow for approximately 3 miles.
Turn LEFT on to WINDFALL ESTATES DR. the office is immediately on the right.

Directions from Pigeon Forge Parkway to Douglas Lake Resort

Follow Parkway to downtown Sevierville. In Sevierville, you will follow New Parkway to Hwy. 411 North (Dolly Parton Parkway/Main St. Golden Carat Jewelry store on the corner).
Turn Right on Hwy 411 North – (This highway will change from 4 lane to 2 lane) Follow for 7.2 miles – you will see anew Center Market and Triple C Dance Barn on your right. You will turn left directly across the street from that on to “Hattie Branch Rd.” Follow Hattie Branch Rd for 1 mile Go straight thru the stop sign on to Flat Creek Rd. Follow Flat Creek Rd for 3 more miles. Make a left on to Windfall Estates Drive and the office is immediately on the right. There is a sign out front that says “MountainTop Resorts” Douglas Lake Out front.

DIRECTIONS TO Douglas Lake Resort FROM Johnson City, TN (Tri Cities area)

From Johnson City merge on to I 81 N towards Kingsport
From Kingsport – merge on to I 81 S via exit number 46 B towards Knoxville
Merge on to I 40 E via exit number 1A – on the left toward Asheville
Take the US-411 S exit – exit number 432A toward Sevierville
Turn left on to Newport Hwy/US-411
Travel to New Center Market (Phillips 66 Gas Station) located on your left, you will make a right directly across from the Market on to Hattie Branch Rd. Follow 1 mile to stop sign.
Go straight thru on to Flat Creek Rd.
Follow Flat Creek for approximately 3 miles
Turn left on to Windfall Estates Dr.
The office is on the right – there is a sign out front that says “MountainTop Resorts”.

Directions to Douglas Lake Resort from Chattanooga

Take I-75 North to Knoxville and then get onto I-40 East. Take I-40 East to exit #407 (Hwy 66 South). Drive approximately 9 miles on Hwy. 66 South to Sevierville. At the red light you will turn left onto 411 North/North Parkway. At the next red light, turn left on to N 411/Main St. .At approximately 2 miles you will see Sevier County High School on the left. Continue straight on Hwy. 411 until you come to the New Center Market/Triple C Dance Barn. At this point, you will need to turn left onto Hattie Branch Road and follow it along approximately 1.5 miles to the stop sign. Go straight at the stop sign (you will now be on Flat Creek Road). Directions to Douglas Lake Resort from Cherokee, NC over the Mountains

You will follow Hwy 441 through Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and into Sevierville. In Sevierville, you will follow New Parkway to Hwy. 411 North (Dolly Parton Parkway/Main St. Golden Carat Jewelry store on the corner).

From Hwy. 25/70 you will turn left onto Hwy. 411 South towards Sevierville/Maryville. You will travel approximately 10 miles on Hwy. 411 South until you come to Flat Creek Road. At this road, there will be a Sims Implement Company on one side of Hwy. 411 and Pro-Clean on the right, turn right here.

You will stay straight on Flat Creek Road. You will come to a stop sign and continue on straight about 3 miles until you come to Windfall Estates Drive. Turn left on to Windfall Estates Drive. Our office is immediately on your right and says “MountainTop Resort” on the sign out front.

From Gatlinburg follow the main Parkway leading through Pigeon Forge to downtown Sevierville. In Sevierville, you will follow New Parkway to Hwy. 411 North (Dolly Parton Parkway/Main St. Golden Carat Jewelry store on the corner). Take I-75 North to Knoxville and then take I-40 East to exit #407 (Hwy. 66 South) Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. Travel approximately 9 miles on Hwy. 66 South to Sevierville Turn left on to 411 North/North Parkway. At the next red light, turn left SR448, follow to Hwy N 411 and make a left.

From I-40, take exit 407 (Hwy 66). Follow Hwy. 66 South for approximately 9 miles to Sevierville. Turn left on to SR 448. At the next red light, turn left onto 411 North/Main St. Turn left on Dolly Parton Parkway (Hwy 411 North). Follow for 7.2 miles. You will see New Center Market - Triple C Dance Barn on the right and Hattie Branch Rd on the left. Turn left on Hattie Branch Rd. and follow for 1 mile to stop sign. At stop sign, go straight on Flat Creek Road and follow this road for approx 3 miles. Turn left on Windfall Estates Dr., where you will see our office on the right about a block up. Take I-40 West to Newport, Tennessee and take Exit 432-A, US-411 South/Sevierville.

DIRECTIONS TO DOUGLAS LAKE RESORT FROM CHAPMAN HWY.

Follow Chapman Hwy in to Sevierville. Once you are at the intersection where Chapman Hwy crosses the main Parkway going in to Pigeon Forge, you are going to continue straight thru in the intersection on to Dolly Parton Parkway (Hwy N411). Travel 7.2 miles until you see the New Center Market and Triple C Dance Barn on your right. You will see a blue directional sign "MountainTop Resorts 3.8 miles" pointing left. Turn left on to Hattie Branch Rd. Follow Hattie Branch Rd 1 mile to stop sign. Go straight thru on to Flat Creek Rd. Follow for about 3 1/2 miles. You will make a left on to Windfall Estates Dr where our office will be the right. There is a sign out front that says "MountainTop Resorts".

Directions from Hwy 66 to Douglas Lake Resort

Follow Hwy 66. to the main intersection in Sevierville. At the red light you will turn left onto 411 North/North Parkway. At the next red light, turn left on to N 411/Main St. Follow for 7.2 miles. You will see New Center Market – Triple C Dance Barn on the right and Hattie Branch Rd on the left. Turn left on Hattie Branch Rd. and follow for 1 mile to stop sign. At stop sign, go straight on Flat Creek Road and follow this road for approx 3 miles. Turn left on Windfall Estates Dr., where you will see our office on the right about a block up. Our sign reads “MountainTop Resorts.”
